Minha Terra (My Land in Portuguese) is a fruit driven wine designed for instant pleasure. Made naturally from low yield old Syrah, its round and souple tannins express fully the red fruit aromas when consumed young. It is the ideal companion of Provencal and Med cuisine. Best serving temperature : 12-14°C

100% Syrah.
Winemaking
Average yield is about 30hl/ha. Natural yeasts, no added sulfites, semi-carbonic maceration in stainless steel tank (whole cluster). No oak aging.
