Sakura is the magnificent cherry blossom tree of Japan, symbol of the ephemeral beauty and the rhythm of the seasons.
Delicate and fresh aromas of black fruits.

80% Syrah, 20% Cinsault
Winemaking
Average yield is about 30hl/ha. Natural yeasts, no added sulfites, semi-carbonic maceration in stainless steel tank (whole cluster). No oak aging.
