Like the freerunners in the film, Yamakasi plays with limits by swirling around in an explosion of freshness and freedom! Wine of immediate pleasure, vinified naturally, crunchy and thirst-quenching, to drink young on order to savour the radiance of its aromas of red fruits.
Varietal
60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Cinsault
Winemaking
Average yield is about 30hl/ha. Natural yeasts, no added sulfites, semi-carbonic maceration in stainless steel tank (whole cluster). No oak aging.
